TENANTS INFORMATION
As a tenant of an Exbury Home we appreciate that during your tenancy the property becomes your home.
We offer dedicated property manager for any issues you have during your tenancy. Your deposit is kept in the government DPS scheme. We will visit you every three months to ensure the property is being well maintained and to check if you have any issues.
You will have access to 24hour, 7 days a week emergency support.
